3 Springs is a recently updated boutique mountain cabin located in the gated community at Wolf Laurel. Our cabin is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, while also enjoying all that the Blue Ridge Mountains and The Pisgah National Forest have to offer. The area offers skiing at Hatley Pointe Resort, snow tubing, hiking along the Appalachian Trail, bike riding & trout fishing. From May-Oct the Village Club offers swimming, horseback riding ,tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground.

The main road into Wolf Laurel is paved however the road leading up to the cabin is GRAVEL for 3/4 mile. The driveway is paved but quite steep.
**MANDATORY AWD/4WD during winter months!
We are not able to offer any refunds due to inclement weather as this is out of our control and just part of staying in the mountains
**NO MOTORCYCLES or RV's are ALLOWED to be operated within Wolf Laurel**

PESTS & WILDLIFE: The property has year-round pest control including fumigation, spraying (interior and exterior), exterior bait boxes, and other standard methods to keep pests and wildlife out. Due to the property's age and location, guest may encounter insects or wildlife outside or inside the dwelling. To do your part, guest should keep doors closed and keep any source of food out of the open.

Wolf Laurel Resort is a gated community of over 5,000 acres located just off I-26, approximately 30 miles north of Asheville, NC. This mature community was started in 1965 and has elevations ranging from 3,800 feet to over 5,000 feet above sea level. The resort is mostly surrounded by The Pisgah National Forest and boasts 3 entrances to the Appalachian Trail. Also, recently added was a 750 acre nature land preserve trust.

Amazing property, loved taking in the views. The pool table, gaming console, and fire pits were fun activities. There’s a hiking trail close to the property which was perfect. I’d recommend arriving to the property in the daylight as navigating the gravel mountain roads during nightfall was precarious and it’s easy to get turned around in the dark.

We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend at Eliot’s cabin. The home was spotless (10/10) and perfectly prepared for our group of eight, with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, and even a great sofa bed. The cabin had everything we needed: lanterns for all guests, corn hole, pool table, board games, and an excellent Keurig coffee station with great coffe selection. The bathroom was fully stocked with vanity kits, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and makeup removal towels. The kitchen was packed, with spices, cookware, baking supplies, foil, wrapping paper, and parchment paper. We also appreciated the washer/dryer with detergent and dishwasher pods. The area is private, peaceful, and surrounded by panoramic seasonal views. We hiked nearby and even found frozen streams.
Note: the drive has steep inclines, low visibility at night, and some cliffs—use a capable vehicle and confident driver. Eliot was responsive and allowed late checkout. We truly loved it and hope to be back!

If you're looking for a quiet, cozy cabin to get off the grid for a few days, look no further. Eliot's place was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We left one time to check out Asheville(an easy and quick drive) but didn't leave the cabin any other time. The hot tub and pool table were great. We cooked all our meals at the cabin and had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and the living room was so comfy for movies and a fire. Eliot has added a lot of nice extras in case you forget anything including an impressive coffee bar. The cabin was easy to find and not a lot of traffic in the community. Beautiful surroundings and wildlife! So peaceful!

Eliot’s place had everything you could possibly ask for at an air BnB. We have stayed at a ton of them and this by far had the most amenities and toiletries you could ask for! The tea/coffee was superb! Hot tub was clean!!! Entire house was warm and cozy. We absolutely loved our stay there. Will visit again!

We stayed here for our fall break trip and had an absolutely wonderful time! The cabin was spotless and exactly as described. So many fun games and the hot tub gave amazing views of the mountains - we ended up cancelling our day plans mid week just so we could stay at the cabin and enjoy all afternoon! It’s private but you can still get Instacart and we ate at the ski resort restaurant one night and it was great. Eliot was a great host and very responsive. We hope to visit again soon during ski season!
